Water, sewer & trash as well as landscaping & snow removal are included. Employment in farm labor will be verified as well as other household income & assets to determine monthly rent amount. Photo identification and a valid social security card are required at the time of application. Security deposit is $100. Must be willing to sign a 1-year lease. Apartments are smoke-free.
